As a competition angler i know the importance of keeping your kit tidy & organised and having over 20 different lines i also realise the importance of being able to identify each & every line so i can instantly put my hands on my next line choice without the guess work!
This product is a white hook and loop fly reel spool band designed for identifying, retaining and keeping your fly lines neat and tidy on the spool.
 The bands serve a dual purpose by providing a convenient way to label different lines with the use of a permanent marker pen while also securely holding them in place on the reel spool.
 As Fly Reel is specified as the reel type, these bands are likely tailored for fly fishing enthusiasts. 
I have used the elasticated spool bands in the past but noticed that they can squeeze & compact the fly line too tightly whilst housed on the spool so i have found that these hook & loop spool bands are the ideal solution as you can adjust how tight or loose you want them.
They have an enlarged or thicker black tab to make it easier to unhook the spool band from off the spool.

The spool bands measure approx. 40cm or 15 3/4 inches long x 2.5cm or 0.98 inches wide and are deliberately left long so they can be wrapped around a whole 7/8 size reel or smaller if desired, (see example picture above) although if you find they are too long then you can simply cut a bit off at the non tab end.
My own personal tip would be to write your line identity at the tab end and don't have the text too long as this can be obscured once you overlap & secure the spool band onto the spool/reel.
